# STAINIC - Stains Made Scenic

> STAINIC (www.stainic.com) is a diagnostic laboratory stains reporting platform for microbiology, pathology, haematology and cytology labs. Staff report microscopy findings on guideline-based forms, speak findings into the form, read findings from a microscope camera with AI suggestions, print and scan OMR bench worksheets, and issue signed, QR-verified reports.

## What STAINIC does
- Guideline-based reporting forms for 40 stains and panels: Gram (Nugent score), Ziehl-Neelsen, Kinyoun, Auramine-O, Fite-Faraco, Leishman, Giemsa, Papanicolaou (Bethesda 2014), GMS, PAS, KOH / Calcofluor, LPCB, India ink, Albert, endospore, wet mount, stool microscopy, ANA / ANCA / anti-dsDNA immunofluorescence, H&E, Masson trichrome, reticulin, Congo red, mucicarmine, Warthin-Starry, Perls' iron, reticulocyte count, MPO / Sudan Black B.
- Fluid cytology: serous effusion Pap, MGG / Leishman fluid differential count, cell block H&E and rapid Romanowsky screening for CSF, pleural, ascitic, pericardial, synovial and BAL fluids, with differential checks and ISRSFC 2020 reporting categories.
- Oncology panels: lymphoma IHC (CD markers), breast biomarkers (ER, PR, HER2, Ki-67), carcinoma of unknown primary IHC, tumour IHC, leukaemia cytochemistry, acute leukaemia flow cytometry and lymphocyte subsets.
- Voice entry: tap the mic on any box, or use hands-free voice commands to switch stains, load a patient, save and export.
- Microscope camera AI: photograph or stream the microscope field; AI suggests findings and counts cells and organisms. Every suggestion is confirmed by lab staff before it is used.
- OMR bench worksheets that can be printed, filled by hand and scanned back into the form.
- Signed PDF and Word reports with QR verification, amended reports, Excel research exports and PowerPoint analytics decks.
- Role-based access for lab directors, pathologists / microbiologists, technicians and researchers, with separate data for each hospital.
