Lymphocyte Subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD56)
CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19 and CD56 lymphocyte subsets, with the CD4:CD8 ratio and WHO / NACO CD4 categories, monitor HIV and other immunodeficiency states.
Guideline: WHO HIV guidelines (advanced disease: CD4 <200 cells/uL); NACO India CD4 testing guidelines; CDC/ICSH single-platform counting

Speak patient details or findings, e.g. "patient name Ravi Kumar, age 45, mobile 98765 43210, cd3+ t cells ". Or tap the small mic beside any box to fill only that box, then tap the next box's mic. Smear Camera — teach STAINIC to read CD4/CD8 Subsets
Snap the smear, film or microscope field with your phone camera, or upload a microscope camera image. Photos help STAINIC learn stain patterns so it can suggest findings in future.
Mobile data / Wi-Fi
Each photo (1-12 MB) is uploaded over your internet connection. On mobile data this uses your data plan and may incur charges; prefer Wi-Fi for many photos.
How AI will use photos
Photos are kept in a separate STAINIC image library (not your storage quota) to build future recognition models. When you tap "Suggest findings", the photo is also sent to an AI model, over the internet, which proposes values; nothing is filled until you tick and accept them.
Disclaimer
Photograph only the smear / film / field — never patient names, labels, faces or documents. Photos are not linked to any patient. AI suggestions are decision-support only and must always be verified by a qualified pathologist; they are not a diagnosis or treatment advice.
