Privacy

Patient data entered in demo pages stays in your browser and is never stored. Data saved in the signed-in workspace is kept in your laboratory's secured database, visible only to approved staff by role. Researchers see anonymised records only. We do not sell or share personal data.

Terms of Use

STAINIC is provided to authorised laboratory professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries, for keeping your login private and for complying with your institution's policies and local health-data laws. Access may be revoked for misuse.

Medical & Educational Disclaimer

Guideline content, scores and auto-drafted impressions are decision-support and educational aids. They do not replace the professional judgement of a qualified pathologist or microbiologist, who must review and sign every report.

No Treatment Advice

STAINIC is a laboratory reporting tool, not a treatment website. It does not diagnose, prescribe or recommend therapy to patients. Patients should discuss results with their treating doctor.

Legal

Stain grading follows published standards (CLSI, WHO, NTEP, ICSH, Bethesda, CAP) and remains the property of their authors. OCR is approximate and must be checked. Provided "as is" without warranty; liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
